Separating the text inside a bracket in different columns - irregular sentences

Thank you very much. Really appreciate it. I need one help. i would like to have another column along with the above one "Name" and it should include anything before the bracket. In this example sdfdsfdsfdf, sdfdsfdsf in a separate column.

Thank you. Perfect. Is it possible to remove the , between the names and replace with blank. For eg.sdfdsfdsfdf sdfdsfdsf  instead of sdfdsfdsfdf, sdfdsfdsf .please?

@sriniprad08 you can use the ReplaceChar function to replace , with space
