Separatiion data

Hi,

I'm currently have a hard time to split my data. So I only want the data on the left side like image attached below:

I tried using regex but I can't seem to parse the data properly as the data in the middle always included. Any help on this is really appreciated.

I also attach the data for your reference.

Your solution just solve my issue. I use the second solution as I want to include the "1.1 Domestic Economy" as well.
