Sentiment Analysis tool for 2019.3

I've been reading through the Alteryx Documentation and discovered a sentiment analysis tool:

Is there a way to get this onto the 2019.3 version of alteryx?

No the sentiement analysis tool is part of the Intelligence Suite Designer add on and was released in version 2020.2. Therefore you would need that version or higher plus a Intelligence Suite licences to gain access.
