Send mails via Alteryx with Delivery Receipt and Read Request

I want to know if its possible sending our Alteryx email with this two options (Attached image).

Not using the native Alteryx e-mail tool - probably using some powershell script interacting with Outlook. Probably using a gmail api with DWD. Probably using an API with sendgrid.
