Send a mail with attachment and if the file is empty then dont send

Hi All, 

I am facing the issue when i want to send a mail with attachment and if the file is empty then dont send that particular attachment 
like if i add 4 attachment and 1 of the file is empty then remove the attachment 
this should happen dynamically 

please help

Several questions around this that will change the response and method:

• Are you building the file in your flow?
• If you're not building the file in your flow...
  • How are you checking if it's empty?
• if it's xlsx
  • does it have headers in it already?
• If it's txt file
  • is it fully empty or does it have headers in it already?
