Send Mail with attachment through official Mail ID using Email tool in Reporting Tab

I need to Send Mail with attachment through official Mail ID(ABC Company) using Email tool in Reporting Tab. How can i get? Any workflow as a sample?

I tried. I always get the Error as Error: Email (23): Record#1: Couldn't resolve host name. 
Used smtp is smtp.office365.com with different, different encryption, But received the same.
