Hi all,
we are working on the tickets which are missing the SLA .we want to know the values which are going to miss the next one. can anyone suggest me which tools are better to get this predictive or time series?
Hi @Pravallika20,
It sounds like it could be a case for some sort of predictive modeling. If you have historical data of tickets and their attributes, and then whether or not they met the SLA, you may be able to train a model (the brown predictive category, or using the Alteryx Intelligence Suite for assisted modeling) on this for predicting the outcome of new tickets.
Happy to see what other suggestions can be made if you have any example data or scenarios to provide.
This really depends on your data. The standard (brown) predictive tools are for predicting values based on the values of additional predictor variables. They take each of the variables chosen into consideration, for the overall prediction.
Time series is for values that are time-dependent. Think of clothing sales - this will fluctuate cyclically.
For your data, I would suggest the standard predictive tools. Take a look at the Tool Mastery. https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Tool-Mastery-Index/ta-p/84593
