Yes, definitely Possible while you input the data there is option for selecting the range where you can mention required rows and columns required from the input data

I am thinking of importing the <To be Imported> tab into Alteryx, and then work out a formula as per <Formula> tab to calculate it. 

It is just that my calculation would be using a very specific value (e.g. B13) multiply another specific value (e.g. B20).

Is there a way for me to do that in Alteryx?
