Select year based on app

hi all,

i created an app to enable dynamic filter of the fiscal year but i am currently stuck at the results.

I want to allow the filter to let user to select 2 or more year on the selection list. The selection list turns out fine, but the output that churn out was not as expected, it gives me error as below.

however when i run it without the app, it works fine

I attached the zip file for your reference. can anyone please let me know how to proceed?
