Select Tool Bug

Hi 

I just installed version 2019.3 and facing an issue with select tool, I am unable to see the checkbox in select tool below is the screenshot.

I am seeing similar issue in my friends system as well using same version.

Below is the screenshot. Can you please suggest, I tried changing DPI and layout size as well.

What you describe is certainly not normal functionality. Is there a reason you have not updated to the latest version of Alteryx? You also can submit a ticket to support@alteryx.com and they might be able to assist.

I was having the same issue, and I contacted support@alteryx.com and they helped. They said:

-Close out of Alteryx

-Right click on the the desktop icon and click "properties"

-Go to "Compatibility" tab

-Click "Change High DPI Settings" button

-UN-check "Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in settings" 

-Check "Override high DPI Scaling Behavior; scaling performed by:" and select "System"

-Click "Apply" then click OK.
