Searching and retrieving information with different criteria

Hello,

I’m hoping someone can offer some assistance on this.

 

I would like to identify only the subitems with all item in B they belong to.

In the example the expected result would be ‘Milk’. ‘Sugar’ doesn’t apply because Spice is not in B.
