I am trying to find a way to extract the smoothed LOESS regression output from the scatter tool as a table and not a chart. Does anyone know how to do it without using R script?

saw your reply in the email.
have tried using the linear regression tool, and i can recreate the linear trend from the scatterplot tool, but the loess regression is a non-linear regression. i dont think there is a non-linear option.

yup i misread, thought we were fitting a linear regression and you just wanted the factors as outputs. unfortunately i don't know R!

no problem, thanks for trying! I am speaking to someone about building an r module into my workflow, but it is not the ideal solution as it doesnt allow me to cycle through the 2000 data series that i need to smooth!
And making the r predictive toolpack (r module addin) work for alteryx means that i cant run a standalone r studio on my machine due to library conflicts. Frustrating.
