Saving multiple output excels when criteria with formulas is set

Please could someone help, don't seem to be able to generate multiple files from my workflow. 

Have set up the criteria with 2 text inputs and combining the filtered aging groups but not separated files are created from output. The result needs to a separate file for example file called Week 25 Report ADHOC and within the file there needs to be tabs by aging for example Current, 1-5 days, 91+ days etc.

@lena_11 check your formula tool path defined, the sheet name should be followed by the pipe delimiters (|||) not ///
