Saving inputs to different sheets of 1 output file at different parts of workflow

Hi,

I'm getting the below error in my workflow. 

Essentially, earlier in the workflow, i have a few input files where I consolidate the output into different sheets on a single file.

With the same input files the data is joined with a mapping table for each input file and manipulated to produce an output, which is to be sent on email. I have a render tool to save the file to a new sheet on the same file as earlier. However, designer gives this error even before it is able to render my latest output. How can i make this work?

Do you see the same error if you replace the Render with an Output Data tool?

 Hi @gabrielvilella , there is no issues when replacing the render tool with output data tool.

However there is a conversion error. 

Also more importantly, the table does not come up when saving with the output tool instead of the render tool, as i have a layout tool prior which is why i used the render tool to present the data on excel.
