Salesforce Input tool is not saving WHERE clauses

I am trying to upgrade the Salesforce Input tool so that I can take advantage of DCM but I've run into a serious issue which is that nothing is saved in the WHERE clause in the tool. If I put a statement in there with the Query Builder and then click away and then go back into the tool it is replaced by IsDeleted=False. This is in Alteryx Version: 2023.1.1.247 Patch: 2 and Version 5.0.10 (April 26, 2023) of the tool.

Actually, it looks like the WHERE clause is actually saved and is effective when run but when you click into the tool it only shows the IsDeleted clause.

It also is not possible to send the output from the tool into a union where there are also file inputs feeding the union. Alteryx just stops responding.

having the same issue here with the WHERE clause reset to isDeleted=False. I guess we can use the filter tool as a workaround.

I've gone back to the previous version but I think the WHERE clause is actually saved when you put it in, it just displays as if it has been reset. If you click on Custom Query you should see it in there. Pretty buggy though and I'm hesitant to rely on it working the way it should be.
