Salesforce Input Tool Error (after Designer 24.1 update)

After upgrading to Designer 24.1 and updating to the latest Salesforce Tools (Salesforce_py3.10_v5.1.2.yxi), multiple users are seeing the attached error. "The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource."
The tool was working well in Designer 2023.1.
Does anyone know what may be preventing me from establishing a connection? Appreciate any support!!

Solution: Reset Salesforce password which will automatically reset salesforce security token (it is emailed) https://login.salesforce.com/
