SalesForce Input and Output tool

Question

Hi everyone, I having issues with the SalesForce Output Tool, this is the error I'm getting.

I though maybe was because Salesforce changed their API resources and proceeded to install the news version of the Tool, but I'm getting this error when trying to install it.

Do anyone know what may be the issue?

shot in the dark here - what version of Alteryx are you running? Newer tools like Salesforce authenticate using Python - if you are using an older (older) version of Alteryx you may have difficulty using a newer Python tool with an older version of Python. Is that possible here?
