Just wanted to share my experience and working solution for this 'InboundNamedPipe GetOverlappedResult' error:
The Problem
Error when running a workflow in a server or local machine (both Alteryx Gallery and Designer). The error always ocurred when reading a 3rd party table from eFront using an OleDB driver (and also occurred when using Native Client SQL driver).

The Solution
Install a different SQL Driver (DEVART ODBC driver from https://www.devart.com/odbc/) that was supported by both eFront and Alteryx in this case, and replace the connection to all eFront inputs in the workflow to use this driver.
