SMTP not Working for Email

Could someone please advise why the email is not coming through? I have indicated all the correct company's details for SMTP yet to no success...

Troubleshooting email delivery issues can involve several factors

Check Spam/Junk Folders

Email Content

DNS Records

SMTP Port and Encryption

SMTP Credentials

SMTP Server Name

Blocked by ISP

Workforce Now ADP

Based on the results window it looks like you have no records going into the Email tool - you are just reading in "hey" as a header and nothing else. The Email tool will send out one email per record in your data!
