SFTP connecting to a Controller/Scheduler

I am hoping this question makes sense - please let me know.

I am using a SFTP within my local folder to run my workflow. I then need to run it using the controller/scheduler but it errors out when I do this. It says that my username/computer name is not correct. Is there a way to fix this so it all runs smoothly using the same computer name? Please let me know, thank you!

I ended up figuring out that it was an issue with my firewall. Thanks for the help!

Hi! The file I am using to import my data is from an SFTP. Once I have completed the workflow I need, it runs smoothly on my desktop. My issue is when I try to run it through the scheduler, it will not run. It tells me that my username/computer name does not match the SFTP workflow name. I have checked everything thoroughly to make sure it is the same, but I am still having the issue with it. I can try to get a screenshot in a little bit. If I knew how to ask the correct question I would, I am just not entirely sure how to word it. I hope that makes some sense. Thanks!

How are you connecting with this SFTP inside of your workflow? It is using directory/input/output tools because the folder was shared with your machine or it is using the bloob/download tool? Can you share a print screen of the workflow?
