Hi can you help me how to arrange my data here:

Primary
MAIN

Secondary
OPTIONAL

Expected Output:

Color	Code	Type	Category
red	1	Primary	MAIN
blue	2	Primary	MAIN
yellow	3	Primary	MAIN
orange	7	Secondary	OPTIONAL
green	11	Secondary	OPTIONAL
purple	13	Secondary	OPTIONAL

I believe i've built what you need.
Theres bound to be someone to reply with a less tool solution - however this is dynamic so with more rows/conditions should work fine.
