Running PRE-SQL with IN-DB output tool

Hello,

I need to run the Delete SQL statement before loading the data to Snowflake Table using the IN-DB output tool.

Please help me if anyone has any such solution.

Note - I can't use the normal output tool, as I want to use a file connection.
