Run Pop Up

Hi!

I am trying to make it so that a workflow I have created only needs a pop-up window to run.  The pop up should appear with a place to enter an input file and a place to enter the output file. Then you click a "Run" button on the pop up and the workflow is run without allowing people access to it. I have seen this before on other workflows, but am unsure of how to recreate this myself. Does anyone know what this feature might be and/or how I can implement this in my own workflows?
