I've been an Alteryx user for a while, but I'm needing some help structuring data in a way I can use it. Below is a small test sample that I currently have verse how I need it to be - How can I use Alteryx to make this happen?

This is probably a very simple question, but I am having an issue using the cross tab function to make this happen. Notice the column headers I need are actually the percentage level.
