Row Percent in Crosstab

Question

I have prepared a crosstab with Row Percent functionality in values. The output is showing numbers with 6 decimal place. Can someone help me-

1) Number should be rounded off (with any decimal place)

2) Numbers should have % sign

3) Those percentages should be in number format (not text) so that I can sum up them.

Hi @mohit9garg,

you can use a Formula or Multi-Field-Formula to do the rounding as you want (the function is called 'round'). It isn't possible to displays numbers as percent values like it is possible in Excel. You can convert it to a string, but as you already noticed - you won't be able to do math operations on it.

My recommendation would be: Do all your math and than convert them to a string and add the % sign.
