Revoked license: can't be able to activate again

I have a problem with license activation. I was working well almost 5-6 months. When I uninstall the old version and update it, my license is no longer working anymore. Please advise this status for the same.

Hi @rabi_elangbam ,

One way is by asking your license administrator to log in to licenses.alteryx.com to check what is really going on with your license.

From there, the admin will be able to revoke your license, free the seat and, after that, you will be able to activate your Alteryx designer once again.
