Revenue bifurcation on the basis of term

Hi

 

I have attached a sample data, in which I want to bifurcate revenue on the basis of term.

If Name, Item and Site are same it should follow the condition that for term upto 2 month the revenue should be called as LGIA, and from 3rd month it should be called as APM.

So basically if term is 3, for first 2 month it will be LGIA, and 3rd month it will be APM. 

I have millions of data so I need alteryx solution for this.
