How do I retrieve and join mutiple files from 1 folder?

Do you want to Join or Union them? Are the schemas the same? If you're wanting to Union with the same schemas, you can use a wildcard in the Input Tool. For what I have below, it'll import all files in that folder that are xlsx and have the same tab name (tab name not shown in the picture).
