Requesting help in getting the output from the below table

Output:

Hi @Manjari 

In addtion to @atcodedog05 solution, I created the one with "NA" for missing values.

As I see in your desired output that you do not want to display NA if it is missing on last place (I mean column D Type).

Let me know if it is something you look for.
