Hola a todos!! 

 

Os escribo por si podéis echarme una mano. No tengo experiencia con las herramientas de reporting de Alteryx y tengo un proyecto que me exige la utilización de las mismas. Tengo una base de datos con información relativa a muchos usuarios y, a partir de esta voy a realizar determinados análisis, cálculos etc para cada uno de ellos y para la población total. En este sentido, necesito crear un report (una ficha) donde en una misma hoja pueda recoger, para cada usuario, los análisis, tablas y gráficos que hagamos. 

 

Quería saber cómo debo hacer el workflow para que estas fichas se generen de manera consecutiva para cada usuario en un pdf y cómo se combinan las diferentes herramientas para poder juntar gráficos, textos y tablas en la misma hoja. 

 

Busco hacer algo similar a lo de la imagen que adjunto, pero combinando más tipos de input (texto, tabla, imagen y gráfico)

I am writing to see if you can give me a hand. I have no experience with the Alteryx reporting tools and I have a project that requires me to use them. I have a database with information related to many users and, from this I am going to perform certain analysis, calculations etc for each of them and for the total population. In this sense, I need to create a report (a tab) where in the same sheet I can collect, for each user, the analyses, tables and graphs that we make. 

 

I would like to know how I should make the workflow so that these tabs are generated consecutively for each user in a pdf and how to combine the different tools to be able to gather graphs, texts and tables in the same sheet. 

 

I am looking to do something similar to the attached image, but combining more types of input (text, table, image and graphic).

Based on the sample picture you provided, I think you will need a combination of table tool, report text tool, layout tool, and render tool from the reporting pallet of your Alteryx designer. 

You can build out all of the visuals and tables you need, and then group them together using a union tool + layout tool.

 

Hard to be more specific without having access to your data / workflow, but hopefully this can get you started on the right path.
