Hello, 

Is it possible to output to an existing excel file using the render tool? 

I also tried creating the excel using render tool and then using control containers to output into same excel different sheet as my next step but that did not work.

Yes, it is possible to output to an existing excel file using the render tool. When selecting which excel file you'd like to overwrite, are you selecting Yes to replace the excel file? If this does not work, can you provide a screenshot/example of the workflow and error?

Hello, 

This is my setting for Render tool, I need the output in the existing excel file as an added tab. Not to replace the whole file, just append the sheet in the existing one.
