Report Render Tool results mismatch

Hi Team, when I try to write into a excel using render tool. my data table appears mismatched at line 1009-1009. as you can see, the column width shrink suddenly.  i tested multiple times, this output is stable. i use the browser tool to preview the results before render tool, it seems all fine there. please help suggest where should i adjust.

Did you figure out your issue?  This could be an issue with a layout tool if you are joining multiple tables before the render tool.  My other thought is an issue with a union up stream.   If you aren't using a layout tool, then I would suggest looking at the table configuration.  Maybe switch from Automatic column widths to fixed.   Similar to @Inactive User , without a sample workflow it is hard to troubleshoot.

You might join multiple tables with different column lengths. Try to add blank cloumns to align the numbers of column before joining your tables
