Report Question

Hi folks- Apologies, I keep having issues with report layouts and it's not clicking for me like it should. In the attached workflow, I'd like 1 header at the beginning of the report (before all 3 tables).  Likewise with the footer - after all 3 tables.  I'd like the date range to appear before each table.  Like as follows:

HEADER

Date Range

Table 1

Date Range

Table 2

Date Range

Table 3

FOOTER

Can you please help me?  Thanks!
