Report Help

Question on what I'm sure is a simple solution that I'm missing.  I'm joining (via Union) three different maps into one PDF.  I've tried to add a report text stating which map is which as well as a header and footer after the union however, only the maps show up....no header, no footer, no text.

Out of curiosity, have you tried using the Layout tool?
