Hello everyone!
The Report Header Image is not appearing on the Word Document that I am generating even though I have enabled the Header on both the Layout and Render Configuration tool.
Can someone please advise?

Instead of including Header, Footer and Text in a single layout, try to have the as different reporting snippet objects. Feed the three streams to a Join Multiple tool and select to join on record position. Then add a Render tool and make sure it's configured as shown below
