Replace Null in column and collapse multiple columns into one

I have a table with multiple columns. I trying to remove Nulls in each column with the header name of the prior columns. Then collapse all columns into one.

@U014528 one way of doing this by Transposing the data and filter out the Null values

Thank you for your feedback.  The outcome is not exactly what I was looking for. It did give me other options to explore.
