Replace - Newby warning!

Hello everyone. Warning: I am super new at Alteryx, so, if you reply, I kinda need detailed how-to stuff. Okay, so, I have this column called "person hist baseline", unfortunately in this column "Caridovascular" is listed, not "Cardiovascular". I'm guessing I need a Formula, with the Output Column on "person hist baseline" but, my Replace formula did not work. Like I said, I'm new to this, so, probably did something wrong. And, of course, I don't want to bug my boss for help - just call me stubborn. How should the Replace formula be structured?
