Replace Excel sheet Header (cell A1) as New Column

Hello,

 

I am limited by the format of a ledger output and am looking for a way to reformat my sheet to turn a Header at the top of the spreadsheet into a column at the end of the table before removing the top rows. It's difficult to explain, so please refer to desired input/outputs below. Can someone please assist?
