Repeat to rows at top in Excel output.

Question

I have a workflow that creates a dynamic header using a  formula and a report text tool. I need the header on the top of the first page in the Excel output but I need the field names to repeat for every page.

The field names will repeat for every page if the header repeats for every page. Once I add a unique tool, the field names only show up once (at the top) as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is what it is creating in the output. I only need the header once.  The Dark Green Bar, Field headers should repeat at the top of each page. I hope that helps.
