Reorder/Merge Rows and Columns

how can I sort or merge these rows... 

Score 1 Customer A	Score 2 Customer A	Score 3 Customer A	Score 4 Customer A	Score 1 Customer B	Score 2 Customer B	Score 3 Customer B	Score 4 Customer B
100	200	300	100	200	300	100	200

... into the following output

	Customer A	Customer B
Score 1	100	200
Score 2	200	300
Score 3	300	100
Score 4	100	200
