Render tool won't save PNG with a transparent background

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Render tool to save a PNG image with a transparent background, but when I save it the background defaults to white. I can either save it as a temporary file and then copy and paste, or save to a specific output location, but both have the same results. I've attached my Render configuration settings for reference. Any help solving this one would be really appreciated as it's bugging me!

Are you running using AMP Engine by any chance? If yes, try turning it off and run again.

Otherwise, you can use sites like https://www.remove.bg/ to remove your white background and it becomes transparent.

Are you running AMP Engine? If yes, try turning it off and run again. You can find it under Runtime in your Configuration panel on the left hand side.

Otherwise, use remove.bg to remove your White background.

Kindly consider the below - I hope you find it helpful. Cheers!

Please note that the RGB for ghost white (which is what I show in your configuration) is 248, 248, 255 - and its Hex Code is #F8F8FF

The "actual" RGB for transparent is 255, 0, 0 - and its Hex Code is FFFFFF (or 00FFFFFF for transparent white)

Please go to your configuration again and do the following:

1. Check the Transparent box

2. Click on the three dots and manually update the RGB to 255, 0, 0 (versus whatever it currently shows).
