Render tool not working?

I have a total of 4 sheets to output into a single file.

Formulas look OK and no errors have been noted.

However, it seems like only 3 sheets have been read.

What is causing this issue?

As per the screenshot attached, there is no issue with the Render tool.

The issue is with the Union tool output where only 3 tables are in output.

Hence the render tool also outputs only 3 sheets.

@ShankerV - Why is there only 3 outputs for the union tool? If I look at the "Output order", there are 4 sheets
