Render tool not working?

Hi

I have a total of 4 sheets to output into a single file.

Formulas look OK and no errors have been noted.

However, it seems like only 3 sheets have been read. 

What is causing this issue?

Thanks for sharing the workflow, I need the sample file.

With heading and any random data's so to check the workflow till table 1, 2, 3 created and 4 not created.
