Renaming output files to reflect Past Quarter and Year if necessary

Does anyone have a good solution on how to update a formula to show Q4-24 if we run it in January of 2025?  We run this workflow at the beginning of the quarter and can't seem to figure out a good formula to accomplish when the year changes.

Yes which is easy when you are in the current year that you are pulling But say you have running it in January of 2025 but need it to say Q4-24.  I need it in one formula because I am using it to name excel templates
