Renaming based on Categories

Hi all! 
I'm a beginner to Alteryx and trying to familiarize with the logics behind achieving the desired output.
I have a data set (mentioned below) which has categories 1, 2 and 3 that has a list of people under the respective categories. 

I want the respective Category to be updated beside each person's name like below:

I tried using the Multirow formula but couldn't get it to work! Can anyone guide me with this please? Haven't coded before and I spent a lot of time trying to figure this out! Appreciate the help!
