Rename last column header by another text input

Hi everyone,

I have a dataset like this. My intention is to rename the last column by the input text

The desired output will be like this

Because the Reporting Month will be changed monthy, so I want some tool that can update automatically the last column based on the input that I text.

How can I do this? Thank you!
