Rename Title

Hello, 

is there any way to rename column title by using Dynamic Rename/Input. i can't use select tool and change it hard coded because every month column title will be change.

No. This workflow could be run weekly, monthly and/or quarterly so there is no specific pattern with month. To make simple  how to get expected output in below
