Removing a duplicated row based on the entries of a different field

Hi there

In Column A, if row 1 & row 2 value are the same

AND

Column B, value in the second row is the same as the row above, remove the second row

ELSEIF

Row 1 and row 2 are not the same in column A, leave as is.

This is a typical use case for Multi-Row Formula tool.
