Removing Unwanted Data from a Field

Team,

I have a long list of Lab Result values that need to be set to blank or Null(). What is the best method?  I thought of the RegEx, Formula, & Filter. Yet, there are so many I am not sure what is the best method. 

I have to remove the following:

Unremarkable
Stable
see provider notes
see provider note
see docs
see attached report

Hi, If I am getting field like "wissall" then please help me how to remove. I tried find and replace tool:- find:-  replacement :- # Note :- when I see the alteryx result window "" shown as res note mark , something like comment/note in excel field. but no luck. Apology cannot attach anything from client network.
