Removing Punctuation from Email Addresses

I have junk email in this email list, and its close to 30,000 emails. About 1,000 plus emails have punctuation by mistake in front. I know I can remove punctuation from an email by using Data Cleansing Tool, but that would also remove '@', which I don't want to remove. Also, some emails have punctuation as part of their regular email in the middle.

Example:

?rsmith@gmail.com

-mike.harold@google.com

Any ideas?

How about a formula like this

if REGEX_Match(Left([Field1], 1), '[^a-zA-Z_0-9]') then Right([Field1], Length([Field1])-1) else [Field1] endif
